The Meaning of Las Vegas

As I was reading the FAQs there apeared to be some ambiguity about the meaning of Vegas sucking.

1) It is important that vegas suck because if it didn't California would fall into the ocean. Bless his Noodly goodness.

2) But just because it is important doesn't negate vegas sucking. But sometimes we need a place that sucks to remind us of the joy of non-sucking places.

I'm glad that Vegas sucks and keeps Cali where it belongs- otherwise people would blame Arizona and then I'd have to make them walk the plank.

Also, Vegas provides a place for 60+year old women to wear pantsuits with rhinestones all over them, so they won't do it back home and blind the greeters at Wal-Mart.

Branson works, too, as does almost any casino area.
