Blue Plate Day? That's an idea...I must try it with the Fish Head Stoo...perhaps that'll shift the stuff!

I bought some Halloumi, Camembert, and Applewood Smoked Cheddar. Mmmm, cheese.

Thought I'd have burritos for a nice quick dinner. Made em 'deluxe' with lettuce, tomato, cheese, avocado, 'the meat', all topped with salsa and sour cream. Delish. Plenty leftover for lunch...

Somewhere in this thread, umpty-odd pages back, you'll find my recipe for Burritos of Doom. I'll be making them again this weekend...

English isn't much of a language for swearing. When I studied Ancient Greek I was delighted to discover a single word - Rhaphanidosthai - which translates roughly as "Be thou thrust up the fundament with a radish for adultery."

I'd say cut down on the tomato. :haha:

Talking of tomato, I made a pretend pizza today. I toasted four slices of thick-sliced bread, then liberally spread a tin of chopped tomatoes on top of them, mixing in some chopped coriander (my own home-grown). I then broke up the remainder of my Mozzarella onto the tomato, and grated some Emmental over it all, topping it off with mushrooms. I forgot to mention that some pepper was ground over the top as well. It really was a nice pretend pizza.

The Meal Deal from the office shop:

£3 gets you a boring sandwich, fresh orange juice and a piece of fruit or a bag of crisps...

...except they've never got any fruit or juice!!!!!! :furious:

Noodles in a brown rice miso broth with spring onions, ginger, wakame and pork and water chestnut dumplings.

Apart from the noodles (from a packet) all home made.

Yum
