As a general rule, even among pirates(maybe especially pirates) 'rewards' are desirable. So I propose a trophy or award for rewarding their good efforts, or for encouraging them...I give you the 'WAMBIE'!

I approve, on condition that WAMBIE is pronounced "Wammie!"; exclamation mark included.
Did you know that FSM also stands for Free Speech Movement? I didn't because I just realised that haha.
