Celebrity Pastafarians

Postby Platypus Enthusiast on Mon Mar 24, 2008 1:43 am

What better way to spread the word than to recruit some celebrities to our noodly cause? The Scientologists have Tom Cruise, Kabbalah has what's-her-name, and the Church of SubGenius has Pee-wee Herman. I propose a campaign to enlighten celebrities of the FSM and recruit as many as we can to the Church. I think George Carlin would be perfect. Who's in?

We need Lewis Black or Stephen Lynch...

Just think of the spaghetti ballads!

You can have me - I'm in a movie.

Seriously - it's a film called "Taking Liberties", about how the UK Government has stripped civil liberties from us. Towards the end they do a bit about the mass lone demos, and they show me in my Spanish Inquisition costume.

Wierd thing it - I don't remember them filming me. I think I was probably drunk at the time.

Haha. The year after I graduated HS, the JROTC class took a field-trip white water rafting and I went along as a chaperon (my girlfriend at the time was still in school). Anyway, we got there and the company didn't have enough guides for all of us, so I volunteered to guide (I was actually a guide on other rivers for a different company). Anyway, they had a film crew along making a commercial, the film crew went in the 1st raft, and I was in the last one so I could follow what the other guides did. Some months later I saw there commercial which starred me almost exclusively, since the film crew would do a rapid, get out, set up, and then have time just to film the last boat. I had no idea I was getting filmed, let alone would be their example for "Our experienced guides" considering I was 18 and didn't even know the river we were on :fsm_yarr:

I volunteer as Goddess of the Universe-- I have a large following and I look like Pam Anderson and Sophia Loren all rolled into one with the wholesome but hot good looks for Reese Witherspoon

we could get bernard k smith

he was in a movie and he made the satirical youtube cult church of blow.

go to youtube and search church of blow good stuff then once youve watched all of them it will tell you how to watch episode 23

episode 23 is the forbiden episode but once you watch it everything clicks together

don't watch episode 23 before the rest watch 1-41 first

Personally I agree with getting Johnny Depp, everyone loves him. Or maybe someone from The Red Hot Chili Peppers!
