I know you probably used Google Translator but in case you didn't and actually want to improve your Chinese, it should be:
我是一個美國人 = I am an american
我會說中文 = I can speak Chinese
中國 = China, not Chinese and 講 is not appropriate in this context. 會 is better than 可以 in this context too.
請問有沒有其他會說中文的海盗 = Are there any other Chinese speaking pirates?
