I've always tried to have a woman for a doctor and a woman for a lawyer. My feeling is that if a woman can get in and make a living in those traditionally male-dominated fields, she's probably at least twice as good as any male in the area. I haven't been disappointed yet, and I expect she will fit the mold, too.

Still looking for a woman plumber and a woman electrician...
