Personally, I'd say Black Beard, simply because he was the only one who ever actually lived. My vote for second best pirate would go to Frank Zappa... :worship: Although Cap'n Morgan does brew a tasty rum!

Help I'm a rock! Zappa was way too cool. So was Blackbeard, he had the Govenor of North Carolina on his payroll. He blockaded cities! Did he bury treasure at Oak Island?

Seeing as I am one of his ancestors, I would have ye spitted if not for our common need for more pirates.....arrgh. No pirate on pirate violence here.

But in all honesty, he is still considered a gentleman and a hero in Louisiana.

morgan did sack entire nations and wind up governor when his drinking became to severe for cap'nin... he gets my vote.... also i think more men who drink themselves to death should have brands of their favorite spirits named after them... makes the effort seem worthwhile.

Aye, I was hopin' I'd be on the list, too, LibraLabrat. I voted for Cap'n Morgan 'cause he's the only pirate I've ever drunk and that's good enough for me.
