So I've been looking at getting a new tattoo for quite some time, but wasnt sure what I wanted. Now I know what I want, but can't for the life of me design it. I'm hoping one of you wonderfully artistic folk can give me a hand

I'm looking for the creator about 4 inches wide and 2 inches tall with his noodly appendages reaching out in an arch on both sides.

This will be a breast piece. his noodliness shall be between the upper portion of my cleavage with his noodly appendages arching over my breasts. can someone please help me?????
